HELP!!! What birth control is best?

I've been on the pill but forgot to take it so went on the depo provera shot instead. This caused bleeding and made me feel depressed so want to come off of it and try something else. People have been telling me to avoid the implant due to constant bleeding and mood swings and my GP warned me against the IUD as it can damage the uterus. Just feel so confused! What does everyone reccomend?? Thanks girls x
