Implantation bleeding or af?

So when I was checking my cervical position yesterday I had brown, but it wasn't coming out on my panty liner, I had that all day, and now today later this after noon, I had a bit of cramping followed by a bit of red blood, same again but this time only abit came through onto my liner, now tonight it's stopping and turning a very light pink colour? I'm so confused and I really don't know whether this is implantation bleeding or just a normal af, could anyone help me on this one? Thank you ladies!!
