Baby help

My daughter is 3 weeks old. She falls asleep in my arms when I put her down sometimes within a half hour she wake up. Sometimes bc she went to bathroom but others for no reason. When you pick her up she will fall asleep in your arms. Also I noticed that sometimes when the white noise shuts off she awakes. She drinks about 4 ounces. Is she simply spoiled and getting use to being held or still hungry?
