Diabetic

Anyone out there with pre existing diabetes! I'm ttc and need some advice on how to make that a smoother ride with my type one diabetes. When I was younger I didn't take care of my self and I have been on track for about a week and the only thing making me take care of me is thinking about my future little one but I'm scared that because of my past I won't be able to have a baby :( anyone out there that has had kids that have struggled with keeping themselves healthy
