Is it possible?

Here's the situation. When my partner and I have sex I always make him pull out whether it's with a condom or without, however a few nights ago he finished inside me for the first time. Now I don't know how likely it is for myself to get pregnant etc. I have been off the pill for a few months due to medical issues, but I would just like to hear what everyone thinks about this. And just for the record I'm not like a kid or anything.. I'm 20 years old.
