Constipation 😦👎
Can someone help me out and suggest something for this awful constipation? I've been drinking loads of water (4+3 and super thirsty) but for some reason it's not reaching my intestines 😣
I strained wicked hard this morning and had little success and I'm pretty much desperate now.
