Implant/Pregnancy HELP

Hi this is gonna sound silly & stupid but by any chance can you get pregnant while being on the implant, I've been on the implant since August but been feeling some signs of pregnancy haven't taken a test because don't know if it is just my body being silly HELP PLEASE :(
