Breastmilk irritates my skin
My breasts get really irritated and chafed. Does anyone else have this problem? I change my breast pads after every feeding and try to if I leak in between. I often have to completely change my bra because sometimes it gets wet when I'm feeding my LO. But I can't be constantly changing bras and pads when I'm out and about. Does anyone have any suggestions?
