I've been taking my birthcontrol at night time before bed at 9.. will it be more effective if I take it in the morning?

Just take it at the same time every day. I actually take mine at 9pm. I have an alarm set on my phone & I don't turn it off until I've taken it. If you do decide to change the time you take it, you need to slowly transition by 30 minute increments at most each day. Don't just take it at 9am one day after taking it at 9pm the day before.

I used to take mine at night around 9 or 930 nothing ever happened if I was a couple hours late but after a couple years of that I was starting to fall asleep and forget to take it so I just went a month without and started back up again and switched to the morning. Just make sure to use other means of protection!
