New job and ttc????

So I got a new job.Yay!!! Its more money, excellent benefits and better hours. I have been ttc for 3 months without any luck. My delimma is do I stop ttc? What is the appropriate amount of time to be at a new job before ttc? I really want a baby but I really need this job to stick to be able to better provide for said baby. Any advice on this?

Look into your state laws, etc. Most places you have to work 1 yr to qualify for FMLA which some women use in pregnancy/after birth...

If you live in the United States if your job provides FMLA you have to be there for a year to be able to take the time off with your baby unless over the course of your journey ttc and pregnancy you were to accrue enough of your own pto to cover maternity leave but FMLA is what protects your job. (I think)

I start a new job next week and am 7 weeks pregnant. I know I prob won't qualify for any kind of paid time off. But I hated my old job and had to get out
