I think I miscarried!

Woke up this morning, went to the bathroom and noticed I was bleeding. It was like a pinkish color blood. I freaked out a little then started getting ready. While I was getting ready I felt more blood come out. It wasn't a lot but it was a dark red. Do you think I'm right in guessing I had a miscarriage? I have an appointment today....
