Ttc after blighted ovum

Found out at my first US that my sac was empty. Dr suggested coming back in a week to see if my dates were off. After one week my gestational sac still measured 7 weeks as it did the previous week with no signs of fetal development . My hcg levels went from 21000 to 21500 in 3 days. The following week I was scheduled for a d&c at 10 weeks. I am one week out from surgery and still very emotional. Asking for prayers to get through this while ttc a healthy rainbow baby. Has anyone had any success with ttc after a blighted ovum?
