Implantation

13 days pass ovulation on Tuesday... Which was suppose to be the start of my AF. It is now days 3 of no sign of AF, but a couple of minutes ago, I had brown spots in the toilet and when I wiped there was brown discharge, I wiped again and it was nothing... Is this AF or not... I want to test now but don't know what to do.
