So confused idk

Was suppose to get my period November 7th I got it days before I believe was the first. It was very light and then went away, came back was heavy only a day. Never get anymore bleeding,even on the 7th even to this day. I'm so confused was that my period or implantation. I took a test 2 days before the 7th and none after. I have cm...kind of clear and stringy. I have a lot of symptoms. Exhausted to the point I don't want to do anything just sleep...back pain....eating alot...peeing ALOT! AND MORE symptoms..opinions ??!?!?
