Hot guy ADVICE!

Omg. There's this REAAALLLYYY hot guy in my class and I want to talk to him so badly. He doesn't sit in a place where I can see him but when we see each other in the halls he's the first one to wave and smile. (: then omg I get the giggles😍😊 (im 16 btw) and there's this time where I go to my locker and I see him and he usually touches me by poking me or touching my arm BUT IDK HOW TO TALK TO HIM IN CLASS😫😫 I want to come off as attractive and smart so pretending like I'm dumb isn't an option. Any ideas please!!!!!
