Frisky in my period

So im 17 and my boyfriend (17) and i have been dating for 7 months. We are really open and he can tell when im on my period. I'm finding that im super frisky on my period and all i want is sex even though i know ican't  because i'm kinda bleeding. I feel really bad because i feel like im teasing my bf cus he knows we can't have sex. 🙁 what should i do to calm myself?
