Vegetarian/Vegan Thanksgiving
Hey guys!
My SO and I are hosting and I'm the only vegetarian, so we'll still be doing the traditional turkey and sides, but I'll also be making a main dish for myself. Right now I'm stuck between a vegetable wellington or stuffed acorn squash.
Just curious to see what everyone else will be making, or already made, for their holiday feast!
