Bleeding

My period ended last night so tonight I had sex. I was being fingered and felt a sharp uncomfortable pain pretty high up. I even told my parter that it hurt and we reajusted. Everything was fine until the end when there was obviously blood. I don't know why I'm bleeding there is no way that it's period blood. I'm still bleeding and its been 3-4 hours. Help😫
