OK so I got my baby in a bottle (Geritol) today. I got the liquid as you see and need some help and advice from all you ladies who have used it and/or still using it. I need to know this info if anyone knows it please please fill me in. I got the bottle today and haven't started it yet and won't till I get some answers.

#1. When should I start it? I am right now coming off of this months AF. It was very light today so I expect it to be gone tomorrow.
