Confused

My husband and I had unprotected sex the highest fertility day from what the app says, I don't usually track or anything and I'm irregular. We normally use the withdrawal method. AF was supposed to be here exactly a week ago, I took a test that day, and the 2 days after that but it was negative. I've been having cramps but no period, and awful mood swings, and my boobs are kind of sore. Idk what my chances are
