Today is 9dpo and all my symptoms today was sore breast just a little then stopped the whole day then going pee a lot but small amount most of the time and bloated in my stomach r these good signs? And my lips of my V is a lil purple.... not big sings today and very gassy! And my nose is stuffy! R these good signs

They can be signs of a lot of things....normal hormone changes, AF, early pregnancy, sickness....
