Constipation?

My daughter is a month old today and she hasn't pooped since yesterday morning :( she has been eating frequently and I feed her until she's satisfied. We still have been supplementing a couple times a day so could it be the formula? I have heard that sometimes breastfed babies can go days without having a bowel movement but shouldn't she be having a few a day since she's so little still? I haven't really changed my diet so I can't tell if it's something I ate that effected my breast milk. She has still been passing gas but I have tried rubbing her belly, rolling her legs like a bicycle ride, even gave her a warm bath. She did poop a liiiiiittle in the bath but didn't continue once we pulled her out. I just feel so bad I can see her push and she cries
