Preterm Labor question...

I'm 27wks with twin girls. Just released from the hospital after a bout of preterm labor they were able to stop. I tested positive on the fetal fibronectine which is a swab behind the cervix that looks for a protein released during labor. Dr say a positive means you could possibly deliver within 2 weeks. Anyone else have a positive test? How long until you delivered after getting a positive?
