Blocked Fallopian tube

Hi everyone! I found out in April, after TTC for a year, that My right tube is blocked. She didn't see anything abnormal to need to go in due to their being a high risk for ectopic pregnancy. Just found out insurance doesn't cover "fertility" so while I wait to see my obgyn to figure out what we can do, do any of you have any suggestions? Anybody out there have the same issue as me, and did you try anything different the month you got pregnant? Any "old wives tale" that anybody wants to tell me about?
