Kidney infection spread?

Started as water infection but then ended up in hospital 3 days, pain went then they sent me home, took antibiotics but after a day off them i got the pain again, even worse! But got more antibiotics n painkillers and right side started t get better. But woke up this morning and my left side is killing me😩.. Even my belly hurts, leg aches, someone tell me if its my kidney infection or what? Top of bum hurts too -.-
