Diabetes????

Question

I've been told that my HA1c is 5.6; they consider this boarder line diabetic which is concerning with wanting to have a baby. My goal is to get it under control with diet and exercise before having IVF. Anyone else with this as a challenge?

As a T1D, anything under 6 is good. My HA1c was a 10 when I was first diagnosed. I usually average at a 7. I currently weight 112 lbs., so diet is an issue but not an issue. It's a challenge keeping my BG between 90-110, considering it was 1682 about 2 years ago. Everything affects my BG: food, sickness, stress, sex, exercise, etc.

Just eat healthy exercise and keep stress levels down. You can even detox thats really good for you. Hope this helps mommy and baby dust to you. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨🙌😇💓
