Issues with booking antenatal classes

Anyone else had issues with the booking of nhs antenatal classes? I'm 31 weeks and my midwife only signed me up for mine a week ago. I was supposed to get an email confirmation but nothing yet. She said she would book me in for the water birth class which is this week, but I rang the hospital and they said I'm not booked in and they have no space until March! I'm due January 18th. Going to call about my other classes tomorrow, which Will start when I'm 34 weeks. Has anyone else had issues like this or is having classes so late? I'm in west sussex
