Conceive after tubal removal?

Evening everyone. We have been TTC for 2 years, after an eptopic tubal removal, we have had blood tests and currently waiting on sperm counts. I've been assured I do ovulate, the past three months I've had positive ovulation tests, along with severe pelvic pain all that day and the next day. But AF has still come although days early. Any one else experience pain like this? Should I be worried? Thanks everyone X X x
