13 days Late .... could this Be...😀

My last period started on Oct 6 ended on the 8 but then on the 10th of Oct I experienced spooting for that day only ... I was suppose to get it on Nov 3 but I didn't ....I've been having pain in my breast that they are too sensitive at time the pain comes n goes ....today i also experienced some cramping but no sign of my period .....about a week ago i also noticed a white n sort of clear thick sticky discharge that has never happen before and we have been try to have a baby for 8 months now could this be it ....
