Breast milk question

So my doctor told me to try to pump to try and get something going. I am amazed at the amount that came out since I really don't leak. Is this a good amount for the first time? Nervous that I'm not gonna supply enough for my baby. Due in 2 days. Also should I keep this or should I toss it down the drain?
