baby bump?

last night my SO waa feeling my stomach and looking at it. then he said, i feel like you should be showing more. im not sure how far along i am, i could be 7-10weeks give or take. im 5'3 and weigh roughly 100lbs. i have bloat here and there, and a small bump. when do ladies usually show? this will be my first.. does your bump ever kind of seem smaller in the morning? can someone just help me on all of this
