Caught a cold, I'm 29 weeks, feeling completely exhausted, in a fog and dizzy. It's hard to breathe as it is, now this cold is making it worse. Baby isn't nearly as active as she's been. Should I assume it's because of the cold? Was considering Urgent Care and waiting for the Dr to call back. Would appreciate any thoughts and comments from the community since this is my first and I'm kinda not sure what to do.
