No sex

My partners sex drive has taken a nose dive. Says that it's weird having sex now that I'm pregnant. Explained it like having sex in a bunk bed with someone else sleeping into he top bunk.

It is getting me down and I have had a cry about it. His sex drive was high and now it's nothing. I already feel unattractive and less confident and I guess this is not helping. We have talked about it but if one of you is just not feeling what do you ?
