What pills do you take during your period?

Hey everyone! I'm just curious to see what all of you take while on your period for cramps, bloating, etc. what would you recommend? Thanks!

Ibuprofen is my life saver.

I take Tylenol or Advil :) not the gels though!

I take 1 Zantac and 2-3 aleve!!! That's usually the best combination for me

I get really bad cramps like so bad I missed ALOT of school when I was in high school, like fear of failing a lot, so I use a combination of midol, Advil, and occasionally gravol/Dramamine.

None cause since I started birth control I don't really get cramps ☺️
