What is going on with me ??!!

I had my mirena removed after 2 years about a month ago. Me and my partner have had sex twice since then. Unprotected but he pulled out. I haven't had what I would call a period since the removal. I lightly spotted the first couple days after removal and last night I had some dark spotting which almost looked like old blood. My stomach is extremely bloated and feels weird. Could I be pregnant or what ??!!
