Is there such a thing as pregnancy glow

My husband and I are ttc, girls at work dont know anything about it but 2 different people told me I was glowing...then secretly asked if I was preggo of course music to my ears. Is it possible that maybe im pregnant glowing and dont know it yet lol. Got bfn today
