Are you nervous about giving birth?

FTM and I'm due in 30 days. I know that I'm now at the point where I can have my baby at anytime and I'm starting to get anxious. Between not knowing what to expect pain wise, not wanting to forget anything for the hospital, and I'm afraid I'm missing something that the baby will need for when she comes home.

Just get your bags ready and try not think, easier said than done. I'm 32w with my second baby and honestly the less I think about the birth the better. With my first one I went for induction and went with the flow, tried to do it naturally but couldn't handle the pain so I got the epidural. After it I couldn't feel the contractions, it came the moment to push him up. I got coached by the nurses, few hrs pushing they realize the head was too big and he wasn't going to come . They cut me and one push he was out. Stitches didn't hurt, but afterwards I felt like I had done hardcore exercises. You forget everything when you have your baby in your arms.

It's okay hun, I'm halfway with my second and I'm still nervous. But it will be okay! You can do it! Because we women are strong! :) And just keep in mind that you can choose to manage your pain however you like. Good luck :)
