Anyone else?

I'm 20w Saturday n when I pee I get a bit of pressure right about my pelvic bone.  I also think I have a cold n don't know if congestion could cause my back to feel like it's vibrating when I breathe, headache n a little cough.. I'm a first time mom n no nothing about any of this n worry easily about my health..
