Scared over nothing?? Help

My period this month came on time but with some strange and very different factors. My periods are usually late so having one come on time was a shock in its self but besides this, it was also:

- bright red blood

-watery

-no cramps

-no pms

-light

The only thing that stayed the same was it lasted for for days before turning to mostly cm with a blood tint.

Any one else have this and know why? Or what it was.
