I know I feel sad because I'd like a more intimate relationship with the person or a person in general.. Maybe that's why?

I get that sometimes. I struggle with anxiety and depression and after I orgasm there's so much adrenaline that it gets me really worked up and sometimes that ends up making me really upset. I always feel bad when it happens because I feel like my boyfriend thinks that I don't enjoy it or it's his fault

No your not alone. Maybe it's because you don't feel complete or right about doing it or the person your doing it with.
