Breasts and when did the swell?

Question

My breasts have been swollen since almost the day I conceived about 5 weeks ago. They are the size they would be right before a period (common side effect). When did ou experience getting bigger. I don't want to go an get new bras for a half inch difference if it is going to be getting bigger than that soon. 8 weeks and 5 days.

I went up a full cup size by 5 weeks! Went from a 32D to a 32-34DD.

I went through two growth spurts. The first one was between 8 to 12 weeks (I bought new bras then at VS) and then I went through another spurt around 20 to 24 weeks.... But my ribcage started expanding, so I went to VS and bought a bra extender set for about $16 for a pack of 3 or 4 extenders (you can also go to Joann's but they are $4 each there. I had a $10 angel rewards coupon for VS, so it was just cheaper for me to go there). The extender helped save my ribs from the underwire that was digging into me.  I carry my belly really high so when I sit down my belly serves as a push up bra because it just pushes my boobs up into my face lol.

I ended up going to target and buying a few  nursing bras around 32 weeks or so. Some that fit currently and one size larger for when the milk comes in.  My coworkers said "you think you have big boobs now, just wait until the milk comes in."

I started out with a 34DDD/36DD and went up to a 38DD, plus extenders.

I agree with the other commenter... Everyone's boobs are different.

I got to the point I just went to Walmart and bought cheap sports bras. Breast are different for everyone. Mine have grown 2-3 cup sizes and my milk has not even come in yet. I have bought one nursing bra and the lady at the store suggested holding off until the milk comes in and just make due with the sports bra that I can find.... Up to a 36 K...... It's not the easiest finding anything that fits.
