ovulation??

hi iv been trying for 11 months to concieve... was wondering how people no they are ovulating?? as i dont get signs, unless im missing them lol x TIA

I recommend ovulation kits.  They are very accurate.  Also can track your body basil temp.

I really don't get a lot of symptoms and I probably wouldn't even notice if I wasn't TTC. Some things I've picked up on are slight cramping and back ache, headaches and CM change (I usually get A LOT of CM when I ovulate) but none of the things I named are very noticable. (Besides the cm) I look for symptoms now bc I recently started taking Vitex and I used OPKs this month to help track down when I ovulate. This Glow app has been pretty spot on too! So my best advice would be to take OPKS to help find out when you are since you don't seem to be having any obvious symptoms like me.
