Am I or am I not?

That is the question!!!! 
Ok so I am 10 day late for AF! I have taken like 4 test in the past 6 days or so and they are all negative!!! 
I was depo and was due for my next shot on July 6th but I cancelled my appointment because we finally feel it's the right time to TTC!!! By September I was pretty much regular again and have been since. And now I am 10 days late and swore I was because of just a COUPLE other symptoms but no double pink lines so far!!!
Should I just call the doc and make an appoinment?? I'm just really anxious!/!!!

Girl, I am 4 days late as well! Went to the ER, last night, they took a blood test and it was negative for HCG. Blood tests are the most accurate. I was so upset though :( they said stress can make your period late. But its normal to miss one period, its only abnormal if it happens for 2-3+ months. Sometimes we just one anovulatory cycle(didn't ovulate) which causes us not to have a period. I believe I either ovulated late or had anovulatory cycle since I'm not pregnant when ALL my cycles are regular and I never ever have had a late period besides when I was pregnant. I'm 25. That's a lot of regular periods lol..

I would call just to be sure ☺ BUT I have to warn you about depo. I was on and off of it for 4 years. My last shot was in April. Got my first period in September. I get one every month but I wasn't ovulating. So your cycles can be deceiving!! This is my 16th month trying and it's the first time I got a positive OPK. After the depo it takes 18 months to 2yrs for your fertility to return back to that of a women not on BC. However some women get pregnant sooner! ☺
