Buying a house with my mom rant

It sounded like a good idea at first but I'm getting so frustrated with her not considering any of my choices! I've sent her so many beautiful properties to consider and there's always something that makes her say no. Today I sent her a beautiful SEVEN BEDROOM house on two acres for only 345k, and she said no because she wants a lot with two homes or a duplex, yet the house she has her heart set on and is contacting owners about is only one home on a half acre lot for 500k that looks like shit and also needs thousands of dollars in work. We're putting money into this as well I just wish she would consider my choices 😭
