Anyone just nauseated all day?

Just the last few days I've begun to feel nauseas all day ... No throwing up yet just feel crappy night and day. No appt until Dec 1... Anyone have any suggestion?

Yes, that has pretty much been my life for the past month. Ginger ale in the small cans on hand at all times, and have a variety of little snacks to choose from. I started out getting nauseous after eating, but now it pretty much hits me every two hours on the dot and I have to eat or I feel like I might die.

One unisom tablet and a b6 pill 9nce in the morning once at night!

Ginger ale and saltines! It's been awful for me, but that at least gets me through the work day. Good luck!

Mine just started this week too. Naseous all day, but no throwing up yet. I teach, so getting through the day has been difficult..

Yes! Even through the night too! I have been to the doctors and was prescribed maxolon however i dont find it works as well as it is meant too. I have bought all natural ginger pills and take one a day, i also sip ginger beer all through the day and snack frequently on crackers! To be honest i am not enjoying pregnancy so far because of the nausea.

I swear by the sea bands for your wrists. I took mine off to shower this morning and thought I was going to vomit before I could even get out of the shower. Needless to say I put them back on immediately. I still get nauseous, but I really feel like they help make it more manageable.

Yes 😩 I find that if I can keep myself from getting hungry it helps a little. It sucks cause I'm always eating, but small healthy snacks mostly 😜
