First period after Plan B.

So about a month ago my bf and I were having sex. The condom broke inside me. I took the Plan B contraceptive and it worked!🙏🏽 Only now it's a month later and I've just received my monthly gift and it's a doozy... I've never bled this much in my life, my boobs hurt, I'm cramping, and so tired... Is this normal? What can help this..?
