First trimester bleeding

i'm experiencing first trimester bleeding I know this is not implantation bleeding because I had implantation bleeding two weeks ago, this is the same flow as my period.  I've seen my doctor and bloodwork came back fine and ultrasound showed a sack. Has anyone experienced bleeding like this then gone on to have a healthy pregnancy?
