Breast growth during pregnancy

I'm 19 weeks pregnant my nipples got darker and one nipples is very large as for my breast not very much growth but one nipple looks swollen and very very huge and the other is normal . This is very embrassing can someone tell me what's going on? Has this happen to anyone else?
