Can i drink coffee if I'm breast feeding ??

I miss drinking coffee ... Is anyone that is breast feeding know if it's okay to drink coffee ?

Yes it's ok to have coffee. Some babies can be sensitive to caffeine so try a cup and see how your lo does. I have a cup everyday.

I drink 1-2 cups a day. Only way I can function. DS doesn't know any different. Tomatoes and beans however are a different story. Causes so much gas and discomfort.

I drink coffee, and occasionally more than I probably should. But baby doesn't seem to notice or mind at all. Tomatoes, however, those are a different story!
