Is this a pregnancy sign?

I have lower cramps all over and they are sometimes painful. I had a really long Cycle in October and it finished November 1st but now when I wipe my self right now I notice a little blood on it. It's like pink but I'm not sure if it's my period coming or implantion bleeding. I did have sex on 10th of November so u tell me?!
